Friendlies

The Association has six Friendlies each season; five are local and one match is away to either Gosport or Swindon.

The Friendlies are open to all players registered with the Association, whether you are new and inexperienced or a seasoned bowler. We cover a large area, from Blandford and Swanage to Lymington. It is a great experience to go to distant clubs where we possibly don’t normally play.

The games are good fun and a super way of meeting new friends and catching up with old ones. Obviously, we aim to win but, more importantly, we go to have a relaxed, fun afternoon with good food and a natter after the match. It is great to catch up with our opponents year on year.
